Prospective Covering Letter Is It Proper Etiquette To Introduce Myself Via Email To A Prospective Employer With A Resume' Attachment?

Is it proper etiquette to introduce myself via email to a prospective employer with a resume' attachment? - prospective covering letter

It would be nice to e-mail to a potential employer with a letter and a resume facility rather than the post office in the United States?

  1. Yes, as a Corporate Recruiter for a Fortune 500 company, receiving e-mails with attachments, including a cover letter and resume. Note that there are times when email is sent to spam folder. Depending on the direction of the sender and the level of security of the company's technology. Also note that both your outgoing e-mails are in the area called "Internet" lost.

Keeping all the above information in mind before you go and send your information via e-mail, check, however, a backup plan if you listen to your recipient.

    Good luck
